When will my order be processed
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 within Australia.
For all orders under $75 starts at $5.50 and is capped at $9.90.
Estimates delivery times:
Most items will be delivered between 7 - 10 days after your order is processed.
However some items may be delayed an take up to 28 days.
For international orders please be advised that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Baker & Pooch is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
